Eastcote Cottage has a spacious kitchen and living area with French doors opening onto the fenced garden, with a large patio, barbecue and garden furniture.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, with dining table and chairs. The adjacent living area has comfortable seating with TV with digital FreeView, video, and mini Hi-Fi with CD player.
There is a woodburning stove with wood supplied for cooler evenings and winter holidays. There is also full underfloor central heating throughout the cottage.
Newly installed hard tennis court available by prior arrangement.

Bedrooms
There are two comfortable bedrooms, one double with ensuite shower room, and a twin room. There is a separate bathroom and WC. A cot & Z-bed are also available.
Laundry
Linen and towels provided and there is a washing machine/tumble drier combination for your own laundry.

There is ample parking in the driveway at the rear of the cottage
Please - no smoking in cottage. Pets by arrangement.
Baby sitting can be arranged if required.
